Yes. Civil ceremonies can be held in any of our suites, outdoors in our grounds or in our wedding pavilion.

Q: Can I use my own preferred caterer?

Yes. Please arrange for your caterer to visit the hotel, meet the team and review the kitchen facilities.

Q: Can we bring in our own alcohol?

No. We can open our bars and provide bartenders at no additional cost.

Q: Do you allow indoor ceremonial fires?

Yes, provided a risk assessment is supplied.

Q: Do you provide waiting staff?

Yes. Waiting staff cost £20 per person per hour for a minimum of four hours. Where possible, we recommend using your chosen caterer’s waiting team.

Q: Can you provide any extras?

Yes. We can provide supplementary catering, such as canapés and light bites, and can help you connect with venue-dressing services.

Q: Are we able to provide our own venue dressing?

Yes. We welcome suppliers, subject to receiving proof of £5 million public liability insurance in advance.

The Orangery Suite

Flooded with natural light and designed to make an impression, our bright, stylish Orangery offers stunning panoramic views across our 18-hole championship golf course, outdoor terrace and idyllic wedding pavilion.

With its spacious and versatile layout, the Orangery is an exceptional setting for larger wedding celebrations, accommodating up to 200 guests. For even bigger celebrations, the Orangery can be combined with the adjoining Brasserie and Abrahams Bar, creating a beautifully connected space for up to 250 guests.

For those dreaming of a modern, elegant space with the versatility to match a specific colour scheme, we present our Washington Suite. Featuring large, bright, floor-to-ceiling windows, this beautifully appointed room can accommodate up to 110 guests. Our dual-aspect chandelier will illuminate the space in a colour to suit your theme.
