We offer a selection of wedding packages, starting from just £4,800.
Our smallest wedding package is designed for up to 40 day and 80 evening guests, and our largest package is designed to accommodate 60 day and 120 evening guests. Extra guests can be added at an extra cost.
Our hotel includes 125 bedrooms, including king executive, prestige, double and family rooms.
This may be possible, depending on availability. When booking your wedding, we automatically reserve a block of 10 bedrooms that your guests can book at a discounted rate. Further discounts are available.
We are based in Washington; therefore, all ceremonies in the hotel will be performed by Sunderland Registrars. You will need to book your own registrar by phone or online. Registrar fees are not included in the wedding package.
A Civil Ceremony usually lasts approximately 30 minutes.
We recommend 1 pm as a perfect time to get the most out of your day. However, you can, of course, choose to get married earlier or later than the time suggested.
The use of our spa facilities isn’t included in our wedding packages.
We have plenty of free on-site parking for wedding guests.
We don’t include a photographer with our packages, but your Wedding Coordinator can recommend some excellent photographers to capture your special day.
We offer a checkout time of 11 am for wedding guests.
Our wedding packages come with full venue dressing, including chair sashes, top table flowers and table decorations for 7 tables. We can customise the decorations to suit your theme and colour scheme, and you can bring your own decorations to further enhance the space; we do not allow lit candles.
Yes, we allow the use of outside caterers for multicultural weddings.
