Lovely hotel with great friendly staff and comfy beds. The Pool and spa facilities were fab. We ate in the restaurant joined on to the hotel and the food was amazing, great prices and Patrick our waiter couldnt do anymore for us, he was spot on. We will definitely be back 😊
Beautiful stay in this hotel, service was fab from start to finish, we booked the premium king room and can honestly say was well worth the money! We can’t wait to return! 10/10
Been here today for a wedding set up. The staff here are amongst the best in the area in this industry. Accommodating , helpful, considerate. Great team. Often the suppliers to a venue are ignored or not considered, Not here. Great experience again.
Carter & Fitch, Lovely meal Patrick and Ross couldn't have been more helpful. Also catered for the birthday boy in our party.
Stayed here as working in the area. All the team are so friendly and professional. In particular, Patrick in the restaurant stood out. Great food and perfect service. Will definitely be back. Amazing
Mimi… Star of the show with her amazing hospitality and customer service skills. Doesn’t matter how difficult and physical my work day has been. She was always there to make my evening as easy, smooth and relaxing as possible. She was always busy but never busy enough for a laugh. Thank you so much mimi evening dinner was a pleasure! She could even be better than Patrick ;)
Family have previously dined at this hotel at various events. Boxing Day family lunch, from start to finish the experience was very good. Staff Jasmine & Molly were attentive & professional, nothing was too much trouble. Food was very nice & great value for a festive meal, portion size was good & well presented. Would definitely return based on standards of our visit. Thank you
Staff here are amazing. Polite and very hard working to keep everywhere clean. Been in to the bar again tonight for food. Last night was served by Patrick who has top notch service. Tonight I was torn between a veg balti or to try the chicken shawarma, Jake who served me recommended the balti so went with that and it was delicious and plenty of it. Patrick from the night before had seen me sat at my table and came over to check everything was ok. Both staff members today, fantastic service.
Lovely hotel. Good number of parking, great pool area and gym for those who wish to use it. Hope you try spa and golf activities tomorrow. Nice friendly staff
Weve booked a room for our anniversary and have definitely not been disappointed so far, the room is stunning, bathrooms amazing and evening meal has been beautiful! Looking forward to seeing what the sleep, pool and breakfast is like! Thank you for the service for the food also, I struggled with the noise due to my autism and they couldnt have been more accommodating if they tried - Thank you Kim, Gabby, Lili and Matty
