Wet Weather Policy
1. The Wet Weather Policy applies to all pre-booked golf rounds regardless of the method of booking, be it direct through the hotel or via a third-party platform. In the case of inclement weather conditions that do not render the golf course unplayable, no refunds or transfers will be permitted.
2. Should adverse weather conditions necessitate the closure of the golf course, arrangements will be made to allow golfers to reschedule their rounds for a future date.
Residential Golf
1. The Wet Weather Policy governs all pre-booked residential golf rounds, and the terms thereof apply to bookings made directly through the hotel or through third-party channels. If inclement weather permits the course to remain playable, no refunds or transfers will be granted.
2. Residents who have booked golf rounds as part of a package deal through any booking source are entitled to reschedule their rounds for a later date in the event of a course closure due to bad weather.
3. Residents who have booked a package deal inclusive of golf rounds will have the option for a refund or transfer of the golf element if the course is closed due to inclement weather, subject to peak and off-peak terms and conditions outlined below. Accommodation refunds, however, will be subject to separate terms and conditions. - Refunds for the golf element of the package will be facilitated during the peak season (June to September). - During the off-peak season (October to May), no refunds will be issued, but the golf portion may be transferred to an alternate date or service within the hotel or golf course.
4. Individual accommodation bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival without penalty. Group bookings comprising more than 5 rooms may incur a 50% charge if cancelled between 14 and 28 days before arrival, with full charges applying for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
