The Mercure George Washington Hotel, Golf & Spa was the perfect place for Aimee and Kyle to say their I Do’s, as they searched for a local yet rural setting for their memorable bonfire night wedding.

Featuring stunning indoor and outdoor spaces, The Orangery promised the bride and groom nothing less, than the most beautiful backdrop and picturesque views, captured all on camera by talented photographer, Unique Memories

With a fun and informal approach, Aimee and Kyle opted for an experienced North East photographer and an inclusive venue package, complete with arrival drinks, centrepieces and DJ to create their magical day - which they can now look back on for generations to come.

Tall stands with oversized flowers stood as centrepieces while long and low flowers adorned the top table. Adding to the couple’s theme, alternating sashes tied the rustic chivari chairs alongside hints of gypsophila to finalise the look.

With 45 daytime guests enjoying a three course wedding breakfast and an additional 35 guests joining them for their evening pizza buffet and continued celebrations, Aimee and Kyle always dreamt of having a simplistic and fresh theme, allowing for their colour palette of emerald green and crisp white to complement their elegant wedding set-up.
